Our activity spans two markets — Israel and Cyprus — with an emphasis on location selection, transparency and personal guidance throughout the process.

Before we take on a project, we examine the location, planning feasibility, market environment and realistic use for buyers and investors. We would rather say "no" to a project we don't believe in than market a project we can't stand behind.
